FAQ's..

Q - Is your timber supplied treated?
A - All decking and fencing products are supplied treated except par timber which will need treatment if used externally.

Q - What is pressure treatment?
A - It is a lifetime preservative treatment which is pressure forced into the timber to penetrate below the surface.

Q - Can I paint the timber if it has been pressure treated?
A - Yes, although no further treatment is ever needed it can be covered with normal wood preservative in any colour.

Q - What is the difference between Softwood and Hardwood?
A - Hardwoods are generally far more resistant to decay than softwoods when used for exterior work. However a well looked after softwood deck could still have a life expectancy in excess of 15 years

A: Yes, we can. We have a fitting service available with a large portfolio please ask for a Site Quotation.

Q: Can you guarantee a delivery time.
A: No, but we will do our best to fit in with your requirements.
